“. . . these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” — Isaiah 56:7
Staying in God's Presence
True worship of God requires entering into His presence. Remaining in His presence supplies us with true vision, allowing us to see our lives from God's perspective.
Every follower of Christ will encounter certain hindrances to entering into and remaining in God's presence. These obstacles include fear and feelings of inadequacy, and often come from the enemy with the goal of entangling us in deception. But God's perfect love will cast out fear, leading us to necessary breakthroughs in our life of worship.
These breakthroughs can lead us to: live life in His fullness; gain strength by His spirit to do the hard things and experience victory; gain wisdom to follow God's plan for our life; achieve corporate breakthroughs in our church community; and to experience generational breakthroughs to realize our God-given spiritual inheritance, for the benefit of present and future generations.
